Refunds & Returns
Return Window:
We accept product returns in unused condition that are postmarked within 10 business days of the product delivery date. Items returned after that period are not eligible for refund.
For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item/items shipped were damaged or the item/items shipped were incorrect.
How do I return an order?
All returns are at customers expense. Customers must ensure goods are securely packed for safe return transit and product is in unused condition. We recommend that customers send the package back to us via a traceable carrier or service and insure the full amount of he merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for any missing packages or items damaged during return.
Please let us know you are sending a return at hello@peacecabin.com so we know to look out for it and get you a timely refund.
Once returns have been received, items are inspected for any use/damage, after that we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. No refunds are given for shipping charges.
