The practice of meditation is often simply called “sitting”. Through this collaborative product exploration, Peace Cabin and Earth\Studies have addressed the act of 'sitting' with the creation of our Wingspread 'Zafu’ cushion. The collaboration intends to facilitate grounded connection between human beings and the Earth through simple moments with tea, rest, and introspection.
These Wingspread Zafu's are larger and filled firmer than our standard Wingspread cushions, intended for floor use and to support the body for an alignment that encourages relaxation. The cushions use remnant yardage from recent Earth\Studies productions, combined into four unique color and pattern combinations. They also feature a nylon loop for wall hook storage, or for ease of mobility between spaces and have a collaborative woven label on the handle.
