Shipping & Order Processing Timeline
Shipping Timing:
Our products are custom built to order - our typical ship time is 10 business days and we ship via UPS. We do not offer expedited shipping as an option at checkout given that we build product to order. If you ordered and haven't had a shipping confimration and it's not been 10 business days yet, this is why!
I'm going on a trip, it's a gift etc...
If your order is time sensitive please contact us and we will do our best to support your needs.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email provided during checkout when your order ships.
PO boxes:
UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you plan on shipping to a PO Box we will ship via USPS which will likely take a little longer.
What countries do you ship to?
Generally anywhere, but if your location is not processing through our shipping system please contact us for support. There are also some instances where certain countries may not allow for the import of natural fibers, which we use in our cushion fillings. If you order from a country with these import restrictions, you assume all liability for your goods being successfully imported.
Please note that our overseas customers (outside of U.S) will be responsible for any import duties and customs requirements applied by their home country.
