Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Policy:

Free ground shipping applies only to orders shipping within the U.S valued at over $200.00. Applies to all cushions and small life goods. We do not offer express shipping under the free shipping policy. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on our Wingspread stools at this time. Thanks for your understanding. 

Shipping Timing:

Our products are custom built to order - our typical ship time is 10 days and we ship via UPS. We do not offer expedited shipping as an option at checkout given that we build product to order.

If your order is time sensitive please contact us and we will do our best to support your needs.

PO boxes:

We ship using UPS who do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you plan on shipping to a PO Box we will ship via UPS but do not offer expedited shipping times if using USPS.

What countries do you ship to?

Generally anywhere but if your location is not processing through our shipping system please contact us for support. There are also some instances where certain countries may not allow for the import of natural fibers, which we use in our cushion fillings.

Please note that our overseas customers (outside of U.S) will be responsible for any import duties and customs requirements applied by their home country.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email provided during checkout when your order ships.
