Where do you ship to?
Generally anywhere but if your location is not processing through our shipping system please contact us for support. There are also some instances where certain countries may not allow for the import of natural fibers, which we use in our cushion fillings.
Please note that our overseas customers (outside of U.S) will be responsible for any import duties and customs requirements applied by their home country.

Most of our product is custom built to order, so we typically ship within 5-7 days via UPS or USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping as an option at checkout given that we build product to order.

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email provided during checkout when your order ships.
